The District Council runs four leisure complexes - in Northallerton, Bedale, Stokesley and Thirsk. Open seven days a week they provide a range of sporting activities for people of all ages - be that swimming , badminton, football and much more. Each has a gym - the Zest Health & Fitness gym - whose team of qualified instructors can guide new exercisers as well as regular users. All centres also have floodlit pitches close by.
